Hi,
I hope somebody can help.
Im trying to use the OBDEleven (Pro Version) with my Audi A4 B9.
It connects fine but when I try to run a Scan it just sticks on Air Conditioning and stays on here for about 10 minutes and does nothing more, I'm assuming this isn't correct?
The same happens with the Video In Motion app, try to enable this and it just stays on the 'Working' dialog box for 10 minutes until I eventually stop it.
Thank You, Jason.

Is the engine running? The engine should be off but the ignition on (push start button with foot OFF the brake).

Ooops, I had the engine running assuming it would need to be running to pick up any Faults.
Thank you for the help, I will retry using that method.

I'm having troubles with long coding on my A4 B9. The app connects fine with the car, I can see all modules, check fault codes and erase, use apps for coding and use adaptations. But when I try long coding it tries for a while and then fails with "Something went wrong! Try again later!"... Any suggestions?

Make sure your OBD11 app on your Android is fully up to date.

It is! Is there some way to update the software in the dongle?
