Hi,
I have several problems with my OBD eleven PRO.
I have a 2009 SEAT Exeo ST, full extras but I can’t use any of the APP’s and even can’t access all the modules.
The ones avaliável are:
01 engine eléctrics
03 brakes electrics
10 parking aid
15 airbag
40 TPMS 2
55 headlamps automatic range reg
Unavailable:
02 gearbox elec
08 climate control
09 central electric system
16 steering collumn electrics
17 combined cluster
25 imobilizer
36 driver seat adjust
37 nav
45 vehicule interior monitoring
46 confort central system module
56 radio
77 phone
Any thoughts?

When you look at your car details does it show the correct car.
Are you using Android or Apple, White or Black dongle.
Have you managed to use it before.

Yes,
It recognizes the car, VIN but strangely it doesnt show the millage in the odometer.
The OBD Pro is nextgen ( black one )
I’ve tryed a lenovo tablet and a Huawei P smart

I know they are having some issues with connecting to older cars, I would suggest you raise a query through the App help function and see if support can give you an answer.

oh dear not very helpful.
Firstly have you tried clearing the app data on the Android phone as that can cause issues. Or have you deleted the app and re-installed from scratch
Secondly do you have good internet connection
Thirdly go to the main menu, select Device (although from memory the Spannish language it does not have words just a picture of dongle and delete any dongles you have shown.
I presume you have not tried to pair the bluetooth device (its not needed) if you have go to bluetooth and delete it if its there.
One other thought is change the language to English (both app and database) just in case it makes a difference.
