For which engine's does this app work?

As far as I know there’s two different mods for this, I think the app is
44 steering assist
security access 19249
adaptation
driving profile swtichover
set "incremental controlled over time" to "direct controlled over”
There’s also another one where you change one of the bytes in long coding to Audi in the engine module BUT I’m not going into that as people have lost their ACC

Never tried it myself but some people say they no longer get lag on the pedal and it makes it more linear, others say nothing

So if I understand correctly, this app does the same as the throttle pedal response app, but the Acc will not work.

The Audi mod is not a app as far as I’m aware, but like I said some people have had errors come up on their dash and ACC no longer worked, that’s why I’m not putting the long coding up

^^^hmm......... I've read that some people claim that these tweaks are great - however, for the cars that I have tried (and there have been a few), the increased performance has been negligible - if any! But this is a personal opinion

I have played around with this mod few times, trying to establish if there's any difference and I know I might be wrong but I cannot tell if there's any difference
To me the throttle response feels the same but I need to mention that I am tuned so that might be one of the reason.
Hope those who feel the difference can chime in

And just to add to this, my experiance is the same as danielm in that I am tuned and cant say I notice any change. What I can say is that we did some testing a while ago and people who did not have ACC fitted gots tons of errors (facelift cars) but those with ACC did not have any problems but that may have changed again on the newer cars. |

I've ordered the OBDEleven dongle recently, waiting for delivery. I have a 2017 Golf GTI 7.5 (South African spec).
Can someone please explain why you have 2 options in the OBDEleven app for:
- Increased Engine Responsiveness (Audi)
- Throttle pedal response
The "throttle pedal response" seems quite straight forward and will be my first mod.
Has anyone tried the "Increased Engine Responsiveness" on their GTI 7.5? I'm concern about the "Attention" remark and error codes it might throw. I also read somewhere it might interfere with ACC...which my model have.
If one tries this setting, can it be reversed? Set back to default?
Any information will be grateful. Don't want to apply something that's going to break something else.

The new "increased engine responsiveness" app is just the "audi throttle mod" that you can do yourself. Knocks out the cruise on some vehicles. It's not verified through logging in terms of improving the accelerator to throttle ratio. I find it funny that OBDEleven releases these with names that insinuate a results that is completely un-tested and based mainly on user's "butt dynos". The original "throttle pedal response" app is just changing the setting in the steering module under the adaptation channel "driving profile switchover" from "indirect controlled over time" to "direct controlled over threshold value". I'm wondering if this mod is intended to increase the agility of the vehicle when overtaking with ACC on. Perhaps it causes you to slow down later when coming up behind a vehicle and shortens the lull between moving out to overtake and your vehicle's increase of acceleration. Just a thought...🤔 Maybe that's what I'm hoping it does.

It starts the ACC accelerating when you're hit your turn signal vs. waiting until you get in the other lane and clear the "view" of the ACC system. |

I lost my ACC with changing the value But when I changed back to the old value so I still have the problem with ACC

So I don't have ACC on my '16 Autobahn but I did get the error light for standard cruise. It may not work for you but it kind of freaked me out so this is what I did:
1. Toggled cruise to "off" even though it technically wasn't on
2. Shut car completely off
3. Turned back on to accessory mode
4. Set the mode back to off
5. Obviously long press the accept button
6. Turned car off
7. Started engine and then all was back to normal

Heloo, I have a Passat 1.5 tsi, I made the throthle response to direct, but I can't change the coding to Audi, gave me the error 31. Only the Bit 0, (Hex01) is selected and I have to do the Bit 2 selection.
I mention that I have good conection and cleared the chache and still have error 31. Anyone have an idiea on changing coding to Audi. I realy want to try it.

I installed the Audi Engine Responsiveness app today on my DSG 7.5 Golf R. It did switch off my ACC, however I just turned it back on and it's fine. The App made a real difference to the cars personality. I have a stage 1 tune, and this mod in race mode is amazing! I switched on the Soundaktor to 100% with OBD Eleven and now the car feels very responsive, super fast, and sounds great. The raw power and responsive engine sends a satisfying rumble through the steering wheel and the rest of the car. Love it!

Hello, I have spent the application of 10 points of increase in the engine (it is a skoda kodiaq 1.5 tsi) to Audi.
And it also gives me an ACC error when applying it, how do I remove the ACC error?
