Hi, Is there a way I can use this device to activate the full link system? It’s installed but was never activated by the dealer so just shows as requires activation.

What do you mean "it was installed by the dealer"?
That is a SWaP feature (software as purchase) and only the dealer can activate it for a substantial fee.
Also, you might need some extra HW (different USB plug) to make it work

You can use obd eleven to add the swap codes to enable it, but you need someone like me who has the tools to allow a swap code added and generated. You also need a new usb compatible with full-link.
