HI an alle!

Translated bug report from user tsevier Description of bug: no Connection between dongle and car, neither with ignition on nor off, only with engine running. Also tried with a VW Touran 2015 and it works even with key unplugged. Is it the dongle or the car? (same Problem in Version 1.1.4) iOS Software Version: iOS 13.3 Phone: iPhone 6s Car: VW T5 GP 2010

I had the same problem. Solved it by switching off Bluetooth on my iPhone and turn it back on again.

Hi, Just received my OBDeleven 2 today. Plugged into my car connected with app, updated firmware. It wouldn’t read my cars details tried 3 times. Then prompted to manually enter VIN number. It then connected showing a pic of my car and the voltage. Did a full scan then after the last one it came up “scan failed”. Tried again with engine running. Same thing. Had a look at my car details but nothing is showing. i.e. engine unknown While scanning it didnt see any faults even though there are, like brake pad sensors. iOS 13.3.1 iPhone XS Max VW Touareg 2006

I just got the OBDeleven today. It will not read my engine and I had to manually enter in my VIN. It doesn’t pick up any codes even though I have one. It gives no car information!
Running current IOS with XS Max iPhone. 2002 Audi TT 225 roadster
