ok sorry this is not my car but its the only coding I have seen for this car that talks about the OIL showing in the FIS.
In the leon the coding is
Oil temperature in FIS All models
With this mod, you will add the oil temperature in the FIS
1 - Module 17- Instrument cluster- Code (25327)
2 - Extended coding
3 - Byte 10 - (Activate Bit 1)
Another way:
1 - Adaptation
2 - Indication of oil temperature - (Change value to Yes)
but not sure if this works in the Ibiza
