Use OBD11 and under apps, select 'open door alarm', set it to OFF. Alternatively you can manually set it without using credits.

Try this:
[17] Dashboard
Adaptations
Ignition active message, actuator
If I remember correctly, it should be on driver door, or possibly all. Change it to none or off.

I also tried using the app. I thought it worked initially but, although still set to OFF, getting the warning again. Reset to All Doors then back to OFF but no effect other than 20 credits wasted. Lordnikon said earlier in thread that you can do it manually with no credits. How do you do this, please?Have tested with engine running and also with ignition on but engine not running and get warning on both as soon as I start to move dsg selector out of Park. Only alarms for driver's door.

I went back to Voltas about this and got some of my credits refunded. Issue has been passed to their One Click app team.
