Dear all, I'd like to understand which is the difference between Starter pack and PRO pack. Initially I though it was the PRO license, but then looking at the specs of Starter pack, I see that the license is included here. However, looking at other languages, I do not see the license included (only in the Italian version it's present). Alternatively, having a Volkswagen, I could buy the old version + PRO license if there are not relevant changes (beside the support for other brands). Thanks, D

I would raise that with the OBD11 Team, suspect its a typo or they are being good to the nice people in Italy.
I always thought that the starter pack was just the dongle and you could make changes using apps (along with the 100 credits).
The Pro Pack gives you the pro licenza so you can make changes manually to the car and do stuff they have not built apps for.
The difference between the legacy and next gen dongles is the next gen is supposed to be faster connection than old one and going forward will support other car makes.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick reply, I'm assuming as well it's a typo mistake. I've highlighted it to the OBD team.
Coming back to the topic, it looks to me strange that the Starter Pack + PRO license it's cheaper than PRO Pack. I think I will go with the Starter pack and manage it through the App. In case, I'll be able to add the PRO license at a later time.
KR, D
