For No. 1: Hi, if you put it to 12,1V the car is disabling the start/stop as soon as it hits 12,1V or less. If you have a 12V Batterie this sounds logic. BUT last time the OBDEleven Software showed me a voltage of 14,1V on my Batterie (I think it was around that value).
My car is still shutting down with 12,1V. I was thinking of putting it to 15V.
For No. 2: Can't you make long coding or don't you have a Pro Edition? If you have Pro, there are alot of Guides to change stuff IF your car is compatible with it.

Hi,
I haven't checked it yet. I found 3 ways to disable the start/stop (I think), but as I understood, the only working way atm is the voltage change.
I have currently not much time to play around with OBD11, but I will update my todo spreadsheet (tested stuff for the cupra ateca) as soon as I get more time and share it here.

Hi. The maximum value You can put in is 12.1 volts. Anything beyond that is out of range and when You do that, it doesn't work (start/stop system works). It's normal that it doesn't work because AGM battery has more than 12.5 volts when fully charged. I tried it on Polo with 12.1 volts and with an app and it didn't work (the app took 10 credits and it didn't work). Still waiting for a solution. Thanks. Best regards.

I have to say I thought that you could no longer code off the stop start (VAG Have stopped it working) and the only method was to install a memory chip.
Happy to be proved wrong but that is certainly what I have seen on the newest cars.

I think you can solve it over the air conditioning. I read that under the adaptations you can find an option where the start/stop is disabled as long as you have the air conditioning on, which is always in my case.

Hi Nesti. Thanks for your reply. I also have A/C always on but engine still turns off. Am I missing something?

hi, yes you have to activate it. I think it's activated per default on several Audis.
-> Control Units -> Air Conditioning 08 -> Adaptation -> Deactivation of Start Stop function
Haven't tried it yet, but I read that it's working fine.
Let me know uf it works. It could be that you need to need to disconnect the key from your car and wait for around 30 sec before reconneting. (sounds a bit like Voodoo, but some guys are swearing on it if options are not working immediatly)

Thanks very much Don, I think that may be the issue that non MQB Platform cars are still able to do stuff (till they change that as well).
I have been looking around the web for some other changes and noted in the US that it is a bad thing to turn this function off as it breaks the emmissions rules so people have to turn it back on again when going in to garage, I suspect (and SFD Along with other reasons is also part of this) that Europe is following Suite in stopping people from making these sorts of changes in the newer cars.
I would also add i know the Seat Cupra R (However the Carbon ST was not so that appears to be a Seat UK Requirement) was delivered stock from the Factory with a stop start memory switch so you could (like my added module) turn it off and on when you wanted it and the car remembered the last setting. I did look at all the coding and could not see any obvious differences to explain it so just assumed it was a Memory module type solution.

-> Control Units -> Air Conditioning 08 -> Adaptation -> Deactivation of Start Stop function This has done the trick on my Kodiaq MY2020 Finally it has been disabled upon start without turning off manually. A/C has to be on, but always on for me already. Thank you sir.
