Hi guys. I did retrofit of rear camera in my Audi A4 B9 2017. Camera works but with error in gateway U112400: additional installation detected. I have added to the list on gateway 6C module (Rear View Camera -RVC) and now I can code it but it has also 3 errors of missing message. I cannot get rid off gateway fault but in 6C module I can erase 2 of 3 missing massage errors and after few minutes it cames back and there is still 3 faults. I have also coded 5F module to show camera picture. I can see camera picture but without turning lines and with this above described errors. Has anyone did it and it works correctly? Please help

Hey, Yes of course I saw this forum. I even tried to code RVC based on attached instructions but it doesn't solve or erase error in Gateway. What is worth to mention is that I have also 2 errors in camera module 6C - missing message. I can erase them but it's back after refreshing. And second of all I do not see this lines and angle of wheel rotation, just a picture from camera. Please good people help me, I'm so close to make it work 😉

I had the same error and had to calibrate the windshield. I found a cheaper option at the windshield center that has a bench for calibrating the windshield cameras.

I had the same error and had to calibrate the windshield. I found a cheaper option at the windshield center that has a bench for calibrating the windshield cameras. You had the error after installing the rear view camera and you had to calibrate the windshield camera? arnau - thanks for the video, I checked already and have the same control units as before the retrofit, actually one more (rear view camera) I think maybe the error came because at some point I reconnected the battery, I would like to avoid a trip to the dealer due to current Covid issues. |

If you have one more it means you need to add rear view camera control unit to the gateway list. This error appears when more control units are detected compared to the ones listed on the gateway.

Hello friends, I have been dealing with me for three days, the first issue is the coding of the caméra assembly in the central electric module in the conturol unit, the camera in the windshield was malfunctioning due to the coding error, make a test about it long coding byte 35 bit 1-4-5 active in mine and no fault in my unit Let me also say that my cameram lane assitan lane departure is not in my vehicle.
