So after trying to reset service via the app and failing, obdeleven admin have told me to ask the forum for the manual way to reset the service due reminder, pretty annoyed considering this is one of the reasons I purchased there product in the first place, so does this manual way exist? I have tried via the vehicle method and it didn't work either, vehicle is 2011 Audi tt.

I've owned my OBDeleven for several years now. This is the 1st year is hasn't worked. I've wasted 20 credits trying to reset the Service Interval. Somewhere along the line, a change has been made or deleted. It's definitely not something going on with my vehicle since I do all my own maintenance. It hasn't been to the dealer since I bought it, meaning the dealer hasn't 'upgraded' my software. My question is 'why did OBDeleven make the change, and why weren't customers made aware?'
I'm hoping OBDeleven comes through with making the app work instead of going through the hassle of long coding on my end. It was after all, one of the reasons I purchased their product.
Thanks guys.

Contact voltas via the app and they should give you your credits back,

I also purchased the OBDeleven to reset the "Service Due!" reminder in my 2016 Audi allroad. I have been trying to do it in the Instruments section via Adaptations channel 2 by changing the value to "0". It accepts the value change and I press and hold the green circle and I get a pop-up that says change accepted, but it never changes the value in the car and the "Service Due!" reminder still appears.
So far it seems to me that this device is pretty useless.
