Hello and happy new year to everyone, I installed a Chinese car radio on my touran and since I no longer have access to the 5F module do you think this is normal?

In short: Yes, removing the Infotainment unit/Radio (Address 5F) is obviously leading to errors regarding communication.
I do not know about your new radio, but beside the radio being missing (and the gateway complaining about it) - there are also messages from ACC and front camera about missing information from the navigation/radio. Seems like the radio is not sending out predictive route data.
Do you have access to the ACC and camera settings (Lane assist) with that radio? Is the MFD showing info? Do the volume buttons on the steering wheel work? Does park assist pop up when reversing? All these are controlled by CAN and will not work if there is no CAN connection at all.
When you have replaced an navigation unit, you will see that all driving assistance will not be working as well as before with route data. Primarily, Traffic Sign Recoginition start throwing errors and not detect some signs and turns. As ACC and LA are also missing some road definitions, they might misinterpret road situations

my other question as in my Touran I keep the original post (MIB 2) In its original location do you think it would be possible to receive the original canbus info by plugging it in place of the canbus supplied with my android set? I have nothing to find about it ...

Ok, did not know you are using Google Translate. I try to make my sentences computer compatible:
Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Assist will work, even without radio . But they will not work as good as with navigation data. The data from navigation is missing right now. That is the "missing message" error. Traffic sign recognition definitely needs navigation data for working without error. Without navigation, you will see a lot of wrong signs.
Connecting the new radio to the Canbus in mandatory, as all data exchanged between vehicle and radio must use Canbus. OBD11 also uses Canbus for reading 5F. Without Canbus, it cannot communicate, so you have no access.

Sorry for keeping you waiting.
If I got you right: No, it should not be possible to connect both radios at the same time. Even when it is possible, I would not recommend this, you will use everything in a way nobody thought of.
When the new radio and its CAN-adapter does not support the driving assistance hardware in your car, you have two possibilities: 1) Code everything which is now faulty to not have an radio equipped. You will still loose the options in radio found in the radio before. 2) Do not use your china radio and go back to stock.

How did you manage to do it? I also have a new android radio and I only have by Adaptive cruise control the U112100. After installation I had to say to tha Canbus by radio that he is on a Touran 5t.
