Hi all,
few days ago I received the obdeleven and using it with my iPhone I've no problem while trying to use a Galaxy Tab 3 there is no way to establish connection. The BT sometimes detect the OBD, other times dont, but in any case the app does not connect, rarely the device asks for the pin (on iphone it is 123456), if I use 1234 the connection fails quickly, if I use 123456 the app remains in "connecting" status forever.
Someone can help me?
Thanks

Are you using the old white dongle,
On the assumptions you are have you managed to pair with the dongle.
if yes when you go to connect with the dongle does it show you the device in the list of devices that you can connect to (eg bluetooth sign shown in blue)
Is it at this point you cant connect.

@testeronline , I do have the white dongle, yes. It shows the ODBeleven dongle in blue, I click on it and tries to connect, for a while like a minute or so, then a red message pops up, "unable to connect"...

Well the only other things I have seen that cause issues are ADD Blockers, having the location share turned off and car bluetooth not being shared.
if none off these are an issur i would raise with support online and point to this thread

@testeronline, I did contact support, which they told me to do the same stuff that you told me, the last email said " It should be fixed with the next Android update" and ticket was closed
