Description of bug: odometer shows in metric (km) vs. regional preference (mi. USA) iOS software version: 13.3 Phone: iPhone X Car: 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen TSI SEL w/DA and LAP
I just received my OBDEleven Next Gen Pro and noticed that in the vehicle description it read 68500 for odometer . . . I soon realized that it is measured in km. I chose Imperial for measurement in the settings.
When I scanned the vehicle initially, I did receive several errors; I'll compare it to a scan with my VCDS. Are there particular settings to follow when conducting a scan with OBDEleven (i.e. vehicle running/lights off/HVAC off/radio off, etc.)?

Hi there, Send me your user email to me, so I can investigate this. Sent it per message to you. I have investigated your issue. We are listing all available applications for your vehicle base and modification. But some of them are only supported to your specific vehicle's configuration. When you open the One-Click Application, we request some information from the vehicle and then show if it is supported.

If it says "not supported" it means that your vehicle is missing some functionality.

Yes and these options are showing, but when i open them it says “niet ondersteund” They are supposed to be showing. If it says "not supported" it means that your vehicle is missing some functionality. Seems unlikely, I have full LED options and none of your click apps regarding (LED) lights works. Belt sound and other stuff doesn’t work neither?

Seems unlikely, I have full LED options and none of your click apps regarding (LED) lights works. Belt sound and other stuff doesn’t work neither? So I went to a OBD-technician. He changed all items which weren’t “supported” in the one click apps. Nothing’s wrong with my car When will this be fixed in NextGen device?? Someone else experiencing this?

HI an alle!
