I've searched long and hard, but cannot find any reference on how to disable headlamp washers on MK7 Golf R (equipped with Bi-Xenons). If anyone has any info that would help I'd greatly appreciate it guys.

First I suggest that you check whether removing the headlight washer is actually legal where you live - it's often a requirement when HID fittings are installed. If you are certain that you want to remove the facility, try this: - Select Central Electrics
- Select Coding
- Scroll down the very long list (it's 8 x pages on my tablet) until you find Scheinwerferreinigungslage (wow - now there's a good German word!)
- Hopefully the value in your car for this Bit is installed - change to not installed - see screenshot below
- Press the "tick-button" to enable the change
- The headlight washer should be disabled

Hi, and thank you. Yes, headlamp washers are not required in the USA. I've made the change and it appears to be working. Many thanks for the valuable tip!
