Does anyone have the OEM config for the tail lights? Trying to enable the rear amber turn signals but I’m stuck with the blinking squares.

Hello my I have a 2021 Jetta ,in order to adapt the Tailights to the European market I have to change the turn signals to orange and install the rear fog light on the left side. I already changed the diodes to orange in the Turn signals (outer taillights white part) and they are blinking with the brake lights and when I press the brakes the turn signals light up too, what values do I have to change in order to separate the brake light and turn signal? Does anyone know if you can activate rear fogs are I have to make an additional wire with an after market switch?
