Hello, I bought OBDeleven PRO primarily to deactivate Soundaktor and Start-Stop on my VW Tiguan SE 2019. I successfully paired the device and activated it. The problem I experienced both features were "Not Supported" (see attached pics). Did I do something wrong? Almost 85% apps were not supported, weird and highly unlikely Soundaktor was not installed on my Tiguan because the fake engine sound drives me crazy? Any advice would be welcome and much appreciated. Thank you for your support! Sergei   |

I also have a 2019 Tiguan SE and have the same noise complaint. I am told it is "normal" engine noise due to the intake plenum. My advice is to turn up the music!
Start/Stop can be deactivated by setting the trigger voltage to 12v.
Manual coding.
Module 19 Gateway --> Start/stop start voltage limit --> change voltage from 7.6 V to 12.1 V

When you look at your control units are they all shown or do you just have a few.

Thank you for quick response! I bought First Gen device with PRO code from Uro Tunning. I am not familiar with Control Units. I watched few videos on YouTube and followed these steps: Clicked on Car image, then Apps. Everyone who were using device on VW Golf were able to deactivate Start/Stop, Soundaktor and a bunch other features my SUV does not have. Also, is there a tutorial on how to use (hard code) OBDeleven? |

Sorry been a bit tied up with Xmas,
When you connect to your setup the screen shows a big round circle and says SCAN, to the bottom right hand corner there is a blue and white menu bar.
If you select on that it will show you all the Control units you have.
NB Control units are the box's that control bits of the car so for example you have an Engine Control Unit, Gearbox Control Unit, Air Con, Central Electronics etc.
If you can just have a look and tell us what you have might be able to help more.
