Hi guys, i recently retrofited folding mirrors on my A3 8v g-tron but i have a couple of problems with It not working like the factory ones. I give you a quick list of what i had to buy:
Pair of mirrors with motors
driver's door pushbutton
Driver's and passenger's door modules
This far everything is fine because the mirrors fold and everything so coding went perfect. Only thing that annoys me is that i haven't been able, since installing them, to make them fold when closing/turning on the ignition so i'm constricted to manually do it everytime i leave and get into the car. I also haven't been able to activate the function on the MMI to either able or disable the folding mechanism. If you could help me with at least the locking folding it'd be very much appreciated, mind it's a pre-facelift model
