In my car there is a problem with the dual zone climatronic when i set the temperature to the "HI" the vents blows hot air for the driver side but for the passanger side it blows cold air.
The temperature are all set for the "HI"

In my opinion the "mixer" isn't working on the passenger side. You can prove this by watching the measuring blocks move (or not change) as you adjust the temperature on BOTH (by using the SYNC button or turning the DUAL button off). This would be a mechanical issue in this case (like a damaged flap or motor), and not a coding issue.
You can use OBDrleven to test the MVB I'll tell you using my MK5 tomorrow.

I checked the temparature of the vents and the footwells as well for each side and checked the flap motors the flap motors for each side they are working fine but the temperature for the right side goes about 40c and thats all.
The dual button is closed and the econ is on.
I cant figure out whats happening.

My vote is still to check the mixer that sends hot engine coolant through your dashboard then splits it left and right
