HI all sorry for my english. I get golf mk5 variant 2008 with broken and missing autotransmition. Instal manual trans and need help codig car. Who modules must codig.

Your first place to start would be control module 01 to define the define the transmission as NOT an automatic or DSG (to raise the RPM limit)
What symptoms or issues are you experiencing with the car currently? The only "normal" issue that you should have is that you need to fix the interlock to fool the car into thinking that the transmission (that's no longer there) is in PARK or NEUTRAL for the the engine to start, then you would have to trick the car into thinking that the car is in DRIVE or SPORT mode to be able to use the full RPM range of the engine.
If the electronic drive-by-wire accelerator pedal does not change engine speed anymore, then the transmission type needs to be clearly defined in module 01 (Engine).
