Actually reached out to them about this and was told its not working if you have the 360 cameras, they told me to check back in 2 months for an update.

OK, I have the answer from the previous Audi master tech. He mentioned we have to add the AI button to active the park assist since the control unit requires the signal from the button. The good news is it is not hard to add that button and he also helped the customer to enable this function before. Here is the part number: 4N9 959 673G View AttachmentView AttachmentAgree, good job digging! Did he if this was for the intelligent or autonomously parkiing? Ref the q3 video I suppose that just builds our case that the park assist plus (assisted steering) should work with 360 cameras, and without AI button. Right?

Audi Q3 is built on a completelly different platform MQB, so it cannot be referenced in this case as a direct comparison.

You are right - not directly comparable by platform/environment perspective, but to me the platform is just a different interface/environment to the much of the similar/same functions (and new ones of course), which most probably have the same logic/code behind it.. I’m assuming, or rather hoping, they don’t reinvent the wheel for every new model since 2012 when it comes to park assisted steering.

If (like me) you got errors on modules 01 and A5. (static errors complaining that the front driver's assist can't be found), then you need to completely power off the car - make sure you've backed out any changes from this thread before hand.
Remove the 12V battery negative cable (thick black cable - it's in the rear right hand side of the trunk, behind a panel that unclips) for 5 minutes, and re-connect. Then clear faults.
On the A7, it's really difficult to get to the negative post of the battery, so I just followed the battery cable where it meets the chassis (only about 10 cm away), and undid it there - make sure you've got at least 1 door open. Also, you might find there is a monitoring/sensor cable on the battery negative post - once you've removed the main cable, I also removed this (it's a 2 wire connector), the re-plugged this back in before re-connecting the main cable on the chassis. (I think this is the battery condition/charge sensor).
Once everything was re-connected, there were lots of faults from lots of different modules, I went in one by one and cleared them. The only one that needed some work was the front driver's door module, as it lost the basic settings for the window. Just fully lower and raise the window a couple of times, and it goes away.

I’ve also seen other cars with the park assist module.. probably there is a whole module that we are missing, even though one would think we’ve already got what is necessary. I even experienced auto braking due to some cyclists when backing out of a parking lot, even before the coding of Maneuver assist and the brake module. Maybe should have tried the MA without coding the brakes.

The good news is it is not hard to add that button and he also helped the customer to enable this function before. Here is the part number: 4N9 959 673G I posted this in the A6 area, but thought that I would put it here. I called AudiUSA parts today. They have a global catalog that includes any part from any country. Part 4N9 959 674G was discontinued in March of this year. No replacement is listed by Audi. There is a part 4N0 959 673J, but it does not say it replaces the G model, but all the specs are the same for both. The J model just became available. The parts guy emailed directly to Audi in Germany and was told that part number 4N0 959 673J just became available but it is not allowed to be sold in the USA. They didn't tell him why, but it is available only in Germany. The parts guy that I spoke to said that he was not allowed to buy one but they are available now in Germany. He said that he has seen this before and has had customers who emailed or called German Audi dealers, made a purchase and had it shipped to them in the USA.

Module: A5 Driver Assistance LongCoding: Value: ALDW_handling: Old: fas_key New: car_menue Thanks for info. I was trying this in my Q8. Unfortunately doesn't work. Every time it's coming back on fas_key. Do you have an idea why?

No, do you think that it might be a reason of rejected coding? I did some codings before with closed bonnet and it was approved. PS. Is the MMI reboot needed? I did it.
Short update. Open bonnet solved the problem. Thanks!
But I have lost now this function in the button of indicator stalk. One or another? No chance to have it on MMI and in the indicator stalk button? Or at least, as it was in my previous Q7, to have this function saved by the car and not enabled again after every restart of the engine?

I’m sure you already checked, but is it possible that that indicator button becomes the parking button?

The friend of mine shared with me the link to Audi SSP 668. This is for A8 but A7,A6,Q7FL and Q8 often share the same systems and control units. According to the enclosed information it seems that the problem is in control unit, not in coding and Park Assists can not be installed with 360 cameras if the car has unit "C" or higher. You are right. Park assist couldn't be installed with 360 cameras together probably. But Intelligent Parking Assistant could be installed adding AI or >>P button and appropriate coding. Check my last message at the same topic at A6 threads.

This i a great news! It means that Park Assistant Plus is doable in our cars. But still looking for the right coding.

Is it working? Provided, the >> P button is installed and coding was made according to the latest post in the A6 forum. There is transmission malfunction. Guess, there must made some adaption to the 02.
Can anybody provide the coding of 02 with IPA installed? Mine is "000001". I found some modules coded to "100000". Might that be the missing coding??
