Hi,

I'm literally getting hopeless and don't know what to try anymore.

I bought a VW Polo 1,4 BlueGT yesterday with 15k KM on the clock so almost new.

Anyways I have the OBD dongle and a pro account I just bought a few hours ago.

First of all - when ever I try to "connect" it says after awhile "make sure that the ignition is on" even with started motor or just with the electronics turned on.

Then I can press try again which doesn't solve anything and then I can click continue which works.

BUT when I try to use the one click apps it says not supported on all of them which seems weird because my dad got the exact same model only 2 months older and he got absolutely no problems.

I tried restarting my phone, other phone, deleting app 10+ times, disabling bluetooth, forgetting the dongle and so on. I don't know what else to try to make it work.

So it won’t connect to your car ? You say obd ‘dongle’ I take it that’s a OBDELEVEN dongle not just a random dongle ?

have you tried it on another car ? Ie your father's car does it work ?

If no it’s a dongle/phone issue
If yes then it’s a car issue

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
