Hey guys, im new to this forum and im hoping someone can give me some tips. I have a 2016 golf with MK7.5 facelift tail lights that i purchased from Aliexpress. They connect to the original wiring and for the last 6 months they worked great. Recently if i have the light position to daylight or daylight + tail light (middle setting) everything works fine BUT when i turn on my full headlights (weird enough)i get a "check right tail light" error. It happens 50% of the times. I checked the tail lights and they work fine, No dimming or flickering, Signals and brakes lights also work fine. I cant understand why im getting this error and only now after 6 months.
My question is, since my lights are working fine, is there any way to deactivate this error message for good?
Sorry for being such a newb but im stuck with this annyoing error message that shows up in my cluster half the times as soon as i turn on my headlights and the orange warning triangle stays on persistentnly until i turn the ignition off. Thanks

Hello ashton,
Have you figure it out how to clear the error from dashboard?
