Hi,
I have a Tiguan 162 Rline (2019), I used the app to enable the sign recognition (100 credits) and it was accepted (however it doesn't function).
Today i dropped the car to the dealer for the very first 1500km check. Now ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) is completely disabled.
Could someone please help me get ACC back???, and TSR working???
Kind Regards.

OK, turns out to be a total user error...
When I first enabled TSR I tested it at night on a short drive without any luck. So I spent another 200 credits to turn it off/on again and it tested OK.
The ACC issue was just me not being familiar with the new car... turns out there is a button on the steering wheel to turn off Cruise (I had never used it), the dealer must have pressed it.
PS - Admin: Can I get my 200 credits back please?

You could have enabled it by using coding for free.. Seeing you are in AUS if you joined the VWwatercooled forum and the Tiguan section the coding for doing it is posted on there.
Probably on here as well so hardly fair to ask for the credits back because you didnt do it correctly
A read of your manual would have explained how to use ACC
