On my Audi A4 with the digital cockpit I had an OBDeleven app that would add the gear number to the digital cockpit. Is there an app or long coding to do this?

If you go into settings/ driving data/ press view you can show several different things in the centres of the dials One of options is gear in the left dial and speed in the right
The setting you want says gear and speed at the top of the list

I doubt you will get that in a Tiguan I have tried every version I could find of the AID and never saw that in any of them
