I worked on it a while back, but not the side light LEDs, I looked for the inners (one was fog and other wasn’t wired plus it looked shit) there was mention of that on here a while back thou, not sure about the legalities of it tho

Sure you could lower the "Dimmmwert AB" to a lower number and then add a Lichtfunktion Bremslicht that turns them back to 127. However I wouldnt recommend that because the running lights arent bright enough to be used as a brake light in my opinion.

That is what I was thinking. I suppose I'll have to try it and then see what comes out of it. The EU style with 2 tiny brake lights [smaller than even the turn signals!] I'm not keen on so may just leave the stock setting. In my 2017 Sportwagen having the turn signals separate and the 4 upper lights as running+brake lights works great
