Hi,
Now am facing a problems..
CA sunroof..
moonroof and the sunshade of my Audi Q7 4M...
It says sunroof no basic settings
And roof blind no basic settings both of them it says status not active.
And suddenly my value is changed.. and I haven’t done anything on the ca sunroof module. It change it self so please need ur help on this matter. My sunroof and roof blind won’t open maybe quarter of it...

Same here as soon as I attempted to back up all of my modules with OBD eleven it crashed on the sunroof module and I had 3 trouble codes and sunroof now doesn’t work.
Very annoying but some have advised me to use odis to re code which I haven got but got it booked in to a shop now.
I haven’t got confidence when plugging obd eleven into my car now il stick with my trusty old vcds

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem on my A4 b9 2016. The problem appears when I do a backup on my IPhone. I see on a thread that it is a bug of OBDeleven.
First of all you have to coding the same code before the backup.
Then you have to go in basic settings and then launch a normalisation...
For the moment, it doesn’t work on my car...

guys, I found a solution for it.
ok. first open the sunroof till the end. then keep pressing down with your finger and don't let go till it Re calibrate....
mines works now!!!!!

Anyhow, try this:
1. Switched on the ignition.
2. Make sure the switch is in "Sunroof closed" position.
3. Pull the sunroof adjustment control down and hold it for about 30 seconds (the sunroof should go through a "standardization run")
- During standardization run, the glass lid closes first and moves then approx. 200 mm to the rear.
- After the lid has been closed again, standardization run has finished, release the sunroof switch
4. Cycle the ignition key
