Looking to replace the old H15 with some LED 6000k globes I've tried setting Lasttyp 4 & 5 to general LED (37, 40 & 43) and don't get an error code but the lamps don't function either. Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this, or (if its the cheap globes I got) a suggestion on a decently affordable set of white globes that you have experience with changing out easily!? I'm still to test the polarity to be sure it's correct but the globes we supposedly compatible with the 2016 Audi A3

+High| -| +Low| | | | | | | -------------------- | LAMP | --------------------
Tested LED Globe with a DC PS and it works, but this polarity setup seems different to what I can find online. maybe it's just wrong and I need to return it

dacu: I'm not sure what you are doing, but the pictures that you posted are "lighting configuration" -sets, they are not Leuchte-sets
You want Leuchte4TFL LB4 and Leuchte5 TFL RB32

I see it's the left and right DRL configurations there, where it allows me to change the bulb type (screen shot) got the info from the VAGCOM forums and found similar in the OBDEleven Are you suggesting choosing the bulb type here is incorrect, and it should stay as halogen when putting LEDs in? It worked in stopping the globe errors, the issue it seems, is the manufacturer of the globe has incorrectly configured the terminals, I'll need to return these and get a better brand. Attachments:

I'm not suggesting that you leave the lasttyp channel as an incandescent setting. Most certainly apply the LED setting that is appropriate (perhaps 1 - LED Tagfahrlichtmodul Versorgung,or 6 - LED Lichtmodul). BUT - you need to change the setting IN THE LEUCHTE -SET, not in the Lighting configuration - set.
So, after you choose adaptations in the Central Electrics module, search for Leuchte5 TFL RB32 (the search vector is case sensitive. I think) - This is the Leuchte-set for the right-side DRL. then proceed to change the Lasttyp channel.
Then repeat for Leuchte4TFL LB4 - which is the Leuchte-set for the left-side DRL
