Hi,
I have a 2010 Seat Alhambra 7n. There seems to be a problem with the adblue system. It is telling me to top up and counting down the miles until it will not be possible to restart the engine. I have 200 miles remaining on countdown. Adblue tank is full. This same situation accured 2 months ago but the warning just reset itself through normal driving after about 15o miles. This time however it's not self clearing/healing. I have had logged faults on the system namely adblue heater element and Nox sensor 2 ( P229F00 ). I've been able to reset these and they have remained off. I've been informed that sometimes the fill measurement system gets all messed up and stuck in a loop so adaptation of the fill level is required. Can anyone please help and give me some instructions/guidance in this matter.
Thanks

Help!
We are currently on holiday in France and have encountered the dreaded Adblue countdown with 400 miles of range remaining until the engine will not restart.
Any tips to try and reset the warning with OBDevelen Pro? I have gone into:
01 - Engine Basic Settings Reset SCR Lock Status 'NOT ACTIVE'
I 'Slide to Start' at the bottom of the screen (iPhone / IOS) and Status goes from 'ACTIVE' to ' BASIC SETTING ENDED'.
However, there is a spinning circle in the top right hand corner of the Status box and the bottom of the screen has a 'Slide to Stop' icon.
If I try and go 'Back' I get a message of:
'Basic settings are running. Would you like to stop them?'
which I assume means the reset hasn't worked. I have left it in this state for over an hour and no change...
Any suggestions as I am facing a 2h / 100mile drive south to the nearest Seat garage that can fit us in before September and potentially a long recovery back to the UK with 3 young children.
Please help if you can!
Thanks in advance, John

Sometimes it just helps to leave the ignition ON for 30s to adjust the AdBlue level. Read AdBlue level ---------------------------------------------------- - Control Units - 01 Engine - Live data - Filter by "reducing agent" Remaining Vehicle distance until reducing agent deficiency [km] Reducing agent tank volume, act. value calculated [Liter] Reducing agent fill level [%] ---------------------------------------------------- SCR System Test ---------------------------------------------------- - Control Units - 01 Engine - Basic Settings - SCR Systems Test - Status 'NOT ACTIVE' → Warm up the engine (water temp. 90°C) - Status 'ACTIVE' → STOP - Press accelerator and brake at the same time, keep pressed - The engine makes 1300-1600 RPMs (takes about 15 minutes) - RPMs drop by itself to idle → Release the pedals Test finished, System OK ---------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------- www.dragan.ba
