I recently closed my Twitter account and my Pro account had been tied to it. So, the next time I went to use my dongle, I was logged out and couldn't get back in. I wound up having to create a new account, which means I no longer had my Pro status or purchased credits tied to it.
I emailed OBDeleven tech support and explained, and asked them to move my account from my old Twitter info to the new account. I provided all the appropriate details - Pro registration number, original order confirmation email (purchased directly from them in July 2016), etc. I've been going back and forth with some guy in tech support who is COMPLETELY worthless and refuses to help, asking me for stuff like the "order number", which isn't on the confirmation email, when was the last time I logged into the account, etc. I asked him to please forward my request to his manager or someone who could help, and he apparently won't do that, instead asking me for the same info over and over.
Does anyone else have another email address or some sort of contact that can help me fix this? It isn't rocket surgery and I have ample proof that I'm the same guy who had set up the initial account. VERY frustrated at this point.

The app even tells you that you'll lose anything once you delete the account. Maybe you should've talked to the support before deleting your account.
