I just installed a traction control system in my 2017 Jetta got it installed and went to code it and I ran in to problems it says go to byte 17 check bit 3 it dont show a bit 3
so then I went to byte 19 it says uncheck bit 4 and check bit5 bit 4 wasnt checked so I went to check bit 5 when I did nothing happened I tried several times can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong I went through 03 brakes like it says to do I had the ignition on but not running my car is also a 5 speed manual idk if that makes a difference or not this is a pic of byte 19
if anyone could help me and point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it I dont do much with coding so I'm not real fimilar with how it all works this. Is the traction control harness I bought it's the same as these other places at 1/3 of the cost
