So I just got my obdeleven Pro device today I plugged it in it was red with an amber light blinking even when I turn the car on I try to connect to the app on my Galaxy S6 and it said it couldn't connect to it so I unplugged it reset my phone shut the car off turn the car back on plugged it in redownload the app and logged in again to only have the same error saying cannot connect to device my Bluetooth is on my Wi-Fi was on can anybody help?

Did you pair the OBDeleven and your phone?

ASDF, is correct. The phone and the OBDeleven dongle has to be paired first. If it was successfully paired and configured properly then an aftermarket headunit, aftermarket alarm system and poor wiring job will cause issues in the CAN preventing communication.
