So my fogs were working and i did the byte 14 bit 2 uncheck to allow them with the hbeams.
Now they don't work at all. I did find a blown light and will be checking for a blown fuse tonight.
it's a gti with cbfa engine.

Checked all fuses and nothing is blown? the bit 14 byte 2 is checked. What else should i check?

Also both lights were replaced. Should i attempt to do the byte 25 check to allow high beams and fogs?
i have the euro switch but havent changed any programming for it or installed the trigger wire. Will attempt to reinstall the old switch for bad component check.

got them turned back on via the 21- 5 and 21- 7 codes. yay!!!

So after driving and using all the functions my car has. My wipers are out.
sombody needs to do a bit more r&d before we end up all ruining our cars.

Okay. Intressting. I coded a lot with obd11 on golf 7 gtd and gti, touran gp2, seat ibiza and never had problems. I just had 1 problem but this was my fault and with help from admin i fixed it. Maybe someone here could help if you write what did you coded in wich control unit,step by step and may also admin can help. Did you check your history and set all back to the beginning?
