Anyone here managed to activate TSR on a tiguan 2018/2019 without navigation and successfully not getting the message "Traffic sign Recognition is limited" (or something like that) in the dashboard/infotainment displays?
It should be possible with the right coding/adaptation!

I looking for a solution for this as well. I activated tsr in the one click app, and have this total unnecessary and annoying information message all the time as well.

Does that in Australia as well but is due to the fact that our maps dont have the required information embedded into them and so cant read it. The message only comes on in our at startup and never again. Supposedly Euro maps do have the info and so you may need different settings and should be able to use "Fusion" mode which we cant

Is it possible to set a maximum time for showing the last traffic sign? If the car miss to read for example the sign when forbidden overtaking is over, the car will continue to show the symbol for forbidden overtaking until you turn off the car.
