I know most of b9 now have by default drive select but mine hasn't. I was wondering if somebody would know the code of activating it as on the b8 (i.e. www.audienthusiasts.com/Project_ADS.html)Many thanks and regards |

i know that for the drive select you need new gas pedal when you hawe manual gearbox with a at the end of the part number

Hello all, my car also has no ADS installed.
I was trying to code it by obd11 and these are changes I made:
44 coding Audi drive select not active-> active
5f adaptation
Car function adaptations gen2
menu_display_carisma ->active
menu_display_carisma_over_treshold_high-> active
Result of that action is that in menu-vehicle I have now ADS, but it's "not available at the moment"
Maybe someone with more coding knowledge will add some finish to this coding so anyone could enjoy ads.
P.S
I will try it once again tomorrow
After switching on ALA it was also not available, but it healed itself over night, so I have some hopes in it!

installed the switches for the ads and need the coding for charisma. unfortunately can not say whether I have the electronic pedal, but Cruise is present, so I'm assuming.
If someone has a working encoding for Audi Drive Select, I would be very grateful.

You need buy a NEW button bar, manual shift need a pedal gas.

Are u sure that an Brand new panel is needed? It is not possible to calculate the Confirmation of Installation change with XOR calculator ? |

It could be a used one retrofitted. There is for sure a Long Coding / Adaptations 46 Central Module Comfort System needed and probably in Gearbox also. Any idea what exactly? Maybe somebody with ADS installed on factory level could post here logs? Maybe there are some Infos in ErWin? |

With "Book" he means a FEC activation code. It is a part of oem retrofitting accesories set. Set consist of button bar, retrofitting manual and activation code (looks like book or CD/DVD cover). You need this code for SWaP activation with VAS. |

So you mean I still have to pay the 300Eur to the dealer ..... The idea was to only get second hand button bar like i did for 40 eur and activate the function myself.

I mean you need to add FeC /SwaP code. Maybe there is an option to hack MU as in CarPlay/Android Auto case, however if you would like to activate it in official way you need to buy the retrofitting set at Audi Dealer.
