Hi,middle of diagnostic suddenly dongle stop working! Says no connection! My phone or tablet cant find device anymore! The red light in device is on! Ill tried all! Is my device are broken? Or is there anything i dont know yet? Sry my english!

"You have no merchandise return authorizations." What that mean? If my device (2 weeks old) is broken,i cant return it?

maybe contact voltas via the app (but I don’t think they work weekends so maybe no answer till Monday morning )

I contact yesterday and there was only one replay- are you try connect??? Thats it! Not a much customer support imho? Ill ty next working day again! No info where to send it back or guarantee remont or somthing!?

I also try to contact but nothing. my device never worked, and it's not a phone problem, I tried samsung s9-s8-s5-s3 and hauwei p10, following all the faqs in the support
