VCP = It is a VAG Can Professional Tool (different Tool to OBD11, search with google to vcpsystem). You can also flash with it.
BCM = Body Control Modul (its your Central electric 09 )

If you have OBDeleven don't need VCP, in Apps have Scandinavian DLR's, select ON then activate. In Scandinavian country DLR's is front an rear

I can't find this app. So it's not a way to use long coding to enable Scandinavian tail lights? :/

I think I've found a solution for this problem. In "Central electronics" under "Byte 18" I've found "Light setup" and 166 is marked by "Scandinavian lights", unfortunately that didnt do the job for me, bu I tried the numbers around 166 an found out that 169 works good for me. The only problem now is that I get the warning that the position light is out of function. The led lights up and there is no problem at all with the bulbs. I guess that 169 works perfectly fine for those who have the version without the led "U:s".. Is there any way to deactivate the warning for this?

Same problem for me. First I could not even se the App for this. I've tried so many things to make this work, but nothing helps. You have to us VCP to edit Byte 18 in BCM What should wr change in Byte 18 to make this work? |

You have to use VCP. This is not possible with OBD11 or VCDS

This will probably never be supported by OBDEleven or VCDS since its within Byte 18 like danielr mentions.
