Hi all,
When ive connected the dongle to the car. The engine module 01 is in black but everything else is green while scanning the car. It doesnt scan for faults just skips the engine. How do i fix this as it has been working in the pass, i dont understand😕.

NZR36VW, If you have posibility to try with another dongle or vcds to see if it's working. If it's not working your unit it's broken if it's working you should contact support via app .
