Am I missing the app for the windows closing with the key fob...I thought it was in the list of options but I cannot find it...I see the one about the FOB distance increase or decrease but nothing for the windows. Thanks for the help.

If i press on my new A4 facelift 2020 car key (no keyless entry) the close button long enough all windows will close. No coding done.

The same thing happened to me I used to have long press the unlocked button on my key fob to open all the windows including the sunroof and long press lock button will close all windows but this no longer available it disappeared after using this device does anyone know how I could get this back.

Have you changed the battery or disconnected it at all? Do your windows work normally with the door switches? If they don't operate normally you may just have to reset the automatic mode of the windows. With the ignition on hold the door window switch to open the window all the way down. Once at the bottom, release the switch and then use the switch to power the windows closed and when at the top hold for a few seconds. The windows should now outo close and open from door switch and remote.

I just try What you suggest and no it still doesn't work. nothing was wrong with my car The battery is fine I never lost power once. the function of long press to close and open windows just disappeared after using this device. I just lost this function and it's very frustrating. I really enjoy that function if anyone could help it be most appreciated. I'd rather just revert back to the way It was right before useing this device. tell you the truth everything I gain is not worth losing that single function.

I just resolved it. it's very deceiving. it's in the comfort window distance app. it sounds like you're increasing the distance of your fob key which I thought too, but when I activated it the comfort window feature that allows you to long press your fob key to either lock or unlock your windows and the sunroof stopped working. However once disabled it I got my long press windows up and down feature back. I hope this can help others.

i had the same problem and this worked by me too...disable the range function and everything is fine again. for all other cases i propose a hard reset of the control unit (46).
