I used the app for window up and down with key fob. And only the sunroof opens and closes to vent. Did i do it right?

I've gotten the same result. Just the sunroof. So unless we're both doing something wrong, sounds like its the app.

I looked on rosstech and it loooks like our car can only do the sunroof.

I did the remote with obdeleven this morning and I can role all the windows down and open the sunroof holding the unlock. It also rolls up the windows and closes the sunroof when holding the lock. I wonder if it has something to do with what options some of the Passats have. Mine is a loaded SE with the 1.8 motor.

It has to do with year 2012's and some 2013's cant do it.

I have a 2012 and was able to get it to work using Comfort windows via Remote V2 app and it worked perfectly.

I was wondering how you did that thru the app. I want to activate this on my car. Do you know of a step-by-step instruction out there. I have searched and I can''t find anything.
