Simply look at your SCAN - scroll-down the list of control modules and you should see the left/right LCMs like those below (of course the details may differ on your car)

looking at my list of control modules I don't see anything specific for the headlights is there a way ai can send you screenshots ? Like on discord or anything I'm going to assume there controlled by the central electrics |

here's how to digitize the records in your SCAN report (using iOS version software): - Fire-up OBD11 software - you don't need to connect to the car, or the dongle
- Select Garage tab at the bottom of the Home screen
- Select the car if you have more than one car registered to your OBD11 account
- Scroll-down and select History
- Follow the steps oin my visual instructions below:
 - When you receive the email that you sent to yourself - cut-and-paste contents of SCAN to a new post

Hmm...... copy and paste the entire file from your email to the desktop on your PC. Then simply select the "add Attachment" tab at the top right side of the reply screen on this forum - then follow the prompts to navigate to the file location

huh.....? This car is NOT a Golf mk7.5 - it's a Golf mk7 with a build-year 2015. Of course this car doesn't have LCMs - LCMs were NEVER fitted to mk7s - they first appeared on mk7.5's - which I had assumed was the model of this car because of where you posted Why are you posting in the mk7.5 section of the forum and why in this particular thread?
Please answer ALL these questions:
- What exactly are the type of headlight fittings on this car (Halogen/HID/LED)
- Are the headlights on this car original?
- What exactly do you want to do with the DRLs on this car?
- If the answer to my last question is fix the errors in your SCAN, what happened to this car on Monday 26th June 2023 @ about 4:03 PM? Again, look at your History records to answer this question

again I'm very new to this idk what happened to my car ?? I did install a aftermarket radio recently and I was in this forum looking to get rid of the warning on the dash after I swaped my halogen bulbs in my car to led and I never claimed my car was a mk7.5 ?? |
