I am trying to adjust the headlights on my MK6 GTI, but cannot quite understand how to do it.
I go to module 55, but than it asks me to choose a channel between 5-255. What must I do here?

Did you ever get an answer for this? I have same issue with mk6 golf R. It's asking me to enter a channel...

I finally figured it out at least for (re)leveling after drop. Which is what I was trying to do.
Go to Headlight Regulation->Basic Setting->Enter Channel 1 and then touch/click the green circle with the white check in it and it will start the process. Mine leveled right out. Worked a treat.... but wasn't intuitive how to get there. It was basically trial and error and watching videos of how other folks adjusted other things...
