So I just had my 2016 Q5 lowered and now the headlights are too low. I watched a video that explained how to readjust the headlights by putting the car in service mode via the basic settings section under the central Electric’s module. When I attempt to go into basic settings it asks me for a channel number - how do I find out what channel I need?
Thanks

At least on iOS when you go to channel 11 and run the adjustment - it does not give you any way to "Acknowledge" and save the settings - I tried this on my 2017 SQ5 and I am now getting ECU error code 01539 "Defective Headlight Adjustment". saying that the lights were not Aimed.
Not sure if there is a glitch or if you have to go into a different channel to acknowledge the new settings. I can't seem to find it and I am now stuck with the above error code and more annoyingly I get a loud BEEP and a bright yellow headlight malfunction right in the middle of the dash.......
I think it all comes down to being able to acknowledge the changes but I can't figure it out.. Again, this is iOS...
