Is it possible to change the region setting on MIB 2 with OBDeleven?

Background: I have a 2016 Golf R that I purchased in the US, however I was recently stationed in Germany. I'd love to get German even number radio stations. It seems like it should be easy to enable this since it's the same frequency range, just a different frequency separation. Any help is appreciated!
