attanasio666: Wild guess, but perhaps the two references relate to actual and measured values (i.e. requested at the engine and measured at the wheels) - the difference being losses in the running gear?

Probably this was asked already in one way or another, but i will ask anyway: Why can't obdeleven dongle and app be used as a sport live data screen while driving? i'm talking about regular minimal graphical interface (not boring graphics, like is showed in previous posts, i want clean black background and big, bright numbers and or gauges), showing rpm's, speed, turbo boost, torque etc or different combinations by demand. I would love to have for example just one big gear number or rpms on the screeen, like they have on sport racing, never mind i drove tdi, lol. That would be great, so hardware can be used more, and probably make more sales of dongles, too. Can be dongle use safely for something like this while driving, anyway (i think there are lot of others on the market for live data, that do same thing, so i don't see problem here)? edit: here you go, this can be illustrative enough www.autosportlabs.com/product/bluetooth-module/play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.autosportlabs.racecapturewww.iphonetunes.com/index.php/news/comments/kiwi-obd-car-connected-app-for-ioscan be separate app, why not..
