Hello,

When i bought my car it came with a RNS 510.
i didnt like it then and changed it out for an android radio.

now after a few years I want to put a RNS 510 back in, so i bought a unit.
everythink works fine however i run into a problem.

the old rns 510 that came with the car i could control from my steeringwheel. the new one i cant, so i think it needs to be codded.
I have obdeleven pro but cant find how to long code the RNS 510 unit to work with the steeringwheel.

are there any how to threads or can someone explain..

also thinking of putting in a bluetooth module. but i think it also will need some programming. is there also a how to program blue tooth module with obdeleven?

Hello ronald1992, for steering wheel butons, you have to go to 56 Radio -> Long Coding -> Byte 07 -> then check Bit 0 and also bit 7(if it's not allready check).
