Hey guys so I have 2018 Tiguan, iv got the OBD11 Dongle. So have enabled the Ambient Lighting options and can now control them from in the menu. When I select a color it changes on the headunit and cluster of course. Now the foot-well and door LED colors do not change and I know its because they are plain white LED installed and not RGB LEDs that they do install on the golf. Now the RGB Lights on the Golf are they 4 Wire (RGB+) or 3 Wire Addressable (+Data-). I plan to install RGB LED Strips myself and want to know is there a pin or a wire harnes I can tap into have them controlled from the head unit like the golf? Is it a simple control wire, or is there a separate module needed and if so could i get one and install it where does it connect?

Hi CoolShrimp,
Did you managed to install the RBG for your Tiguan? I just got a new Tiguan delivered today unsure if the 69 plate have RBG LED's or just plain white LED lights installed. Was looking to enable the above and give it ago.
