Hello,
I have 2016 A3 8V 1.4L. is there a way to enable launch control or not as it's not enabled by default?

Have you tried the following:
1) Stop the car
2) Swtich from D to S and then optional to M1 if you like
3) Completly disable ESC
4) Done

Yes, I tried and it's not working. I think it's not enabled for smaller engines like my car. Is there any way or app to enable it?

I'm not sure if there's a one click app but i don't think so.
Some user wrote that launch control is only available for s and rs models.

Hi friends,
to my knowledge, only with 4 wheel drive advantageous, so Audi has probably waived in front wheel drive on it. I would like it too, if it can be implemented by programming.
Drive a 1.8 TFSI unfortunately not there ....

That's correct. Launch control only works on Quattro vehicles.

Where can I find the display for the launch control counter? I've searched all through module 2 both adaptations and live data and can't seem to find it.

Where can I find the display for the launch control counter? I've searched all through module 2 both adaptations and live data and can't seem to find it. Go to the Transmission control module @ address hex02- then select live data - look through the list and you should find a "Launch Control" entry

EDIT: Just tried it - doesn't work with OBD11 - does work with the latest version VCDS software

Launch control is in your transmission, for example, in Golfs only the R And GTI get the launch control as they have a DSG gearbox.
A Transmission tune can add it if you want.
