Have had a fun time over the last week or two... received a used OBDEleven adapter from Amazon which seemed to have a flaky connection, didn't have the 200 credits code so had to purchase credits, battery went dead between programming, went into wrong module (09), changed region, and reset basic settings instead of headlights module which caused me to lose keyfob functionality. Figured out the issue after taking it to the dealer and having them try to program the keys and failing.
Now I have two keyfobs that can start the vehicle however they can't do remote unlock/lock. When checking central electronics (09) for adapted keys it is showing that there are none programmed.
Is there any way to relearn these keyfobs to the module? I tried a second dealer but they are saying there is a problem communicating when the ECM though I have not had any issue at all. (First one said problem communicating with BCM) I've reset all changes to factory, reset all long coding. I've tried the "stick the key in the door, unlock and press unlock key" and "stick the key in door, unlock, then start vehicle" that is posted throughout various forums and it has no affect.
I have the following two codes:
206085 - Remote Control B1311 54 [009] - Missing Calibration / Basic Setting Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
9603840 - Incorrect Key Programming for Remote Control B128B 00 [009] - - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

I saw a method where you unlock the car and within a minute you insert the key to the door and unlock it, then put it in the ignition and switch it to acc but no start it, and it is adapted to the car.
