Is obdeleven capable of programming a new key to the immobiliser?

Yes you can code new keys but if i remember correctly you need the immobiliser key.

Hi. Thanks for the time you have put in to posting the links. I need to program a new immobiliser chip, not program the remote. I have the cars secret code and am aware that vcds is normally used to program a new key, but I was hoping obdeleven would also be capable to doing this.
